Consultations can be arranged in-clinic in Sector 47, Gurugram, or online across India. The same India fees apply to both. Message Dr. Mitra on WhatsApp to discuss your preferred format and suitable times, then agree on an appointment time together. Payment details will be shared after you and Dr. Mitra agree on a time.

Detailed comprehensive assessment or treatment review
Detailed assessment and treatment review
Includes time before your OPD for advance review of available treatment records, past prescriptions, and therapy notes. For complex histories, multiple records, deprescribing questions, family discussion, and a holistic review of treatment options, pros and cons, and therapy considerations.
Assessments, therapy & documentation
Psychological services are delivered online by a clinical psychologist under Dr. Mitra’s supervision.
Individual psychotherapy
45-minute evidence-based session tailored to the individual presentation.
DIVA-5 + Wender Utah assessment
Completed with a psychologist: two sessions at ₹3,000 each, or one extended session.
MCMI personality assessment
Structured personality assessment with clinical interpretation.
Couples therapy with a clinical psychologist
Usually conducted by a clinical psychologist under Dr. Mitra’s supervision. Confirm the fee and duration on WhatsApp.
Limited couples therapy sessions with Dr. Mitra
For a limited number of complex cases.

Issued when clinically appropriate following assessment.
International consultations
These USD fees apply when you are physically located outside India, including Indians living abroad. Choose based on the amount of review needed, not nationality. Follow-up, specialty and deprescribing enquiries use the same two options. Consultations are advisory; prescriptions issued in India are not intended for use outside India.
General consultation
An advisory consultation focused on your current concerns, history and questions, without extensive advance review of multiple past treatment records.
Detailed consultation
For an involved review agreed in advance. This may include multiple past treatment or case records, treatment history, medication and deprescribing questions, and a more detailed care plan to discuss with your local clinician.
All international follow-ups
Substantial record reviews or detailed reports may be quoted separately. The fee is always agreed before booking.
Initial deprescribing package
Careful, structured support for people considering a reduction in psychiatric medication.

Cancellation & refund policy
Plans change. Please let us know as early as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient.

50% refund because the slot usually cannot be reallocated at short notice.
A full refund may be considered up to 6 hours before the appointment, case by case. Please send a brief WhatsApp note.
