Consultation fees
Transparent international fees
International consultations are priced separately from consultations within India because they may involve additional documentation, advisory limitations, coordination with local clinicians and cross-border administrative requirements. The fees below are standard international rates. In some circumstances, including ongoing care, Indian families residing abroad, or where a lower fee would help maintain continuity of care, an alternative fee may be agreed before booking.
These fees apply when you are physically located outside India, including Indians living abroad. The exact scope and fee are confirmed before booking.
General psychiatric consultation

An initial international advisory consultation for general adult psychiatry.
Specialty clinic consultation
US$45 · 45 minutes
For ADHD, child and adolescent psychiatry, or perinatal psychiatry.
Deprescribing Clinic
US$60
Includes medication and withdrawal-history review, an individualised written tapering plan for discussion with your local clinician, monitoring guidance, warning signs, and the option of brief WhatsApp check-ins related to the agreed taper.
WhatsApp check-ins are for short taper-related updates. They do not replace scheduled reviews or emergency care.

Second opinions requiring substantial record review or a detailed report may be quoted separately, with the fee agreed before booking.

Deprescribing and medication review
Reducing psychiatric medication is not simply a matter of choosing a smaller dose. The pace and sequence can depend on the medicine, duration of use, formulation, withdrawal history, current stability, physical health and the support available where you live.

The consultation does not replace a local prescriber and should not be used to change medication independently.
Clear boundaries
What this service does not provide
- Prescriptions intended to be dispensed or used outside India
- Controlled-drug prescribing or overseas medication supply
- Medication shipping, carrying, import or export arrangements
- Emergency or crisis care
- A substitute for required examination, testing or local monitoring
- Medico-legal reports or certificates for overseas authorities
Medication import, export and personal-carriage rules vary between countries. This service cannot advise patients to obtain, carry or ship medication across borders as a way around local prescribing requirements.

How the consultation works
Send an enquiry
Mention your current country and time zone, your main question and whether you have a local prescriber.
Suitability is checked
Some situations require local or urgent in-person care and are not suitable for international advisory consultation.
Prepare your information
You may be asked for a medication list, relevant reports, previous prescriptions and a short treatment timeline.
Attend by video
The discussion focuses on your questions, clinical history, available records and realistic next steps.
Receive a written summary
Where appropriate, you receive an advisory summary to discuss with your locally licensed clinician.
Safety and emergencies
This service is not an emergency service. For immediate risk of suicide, self-harm, violence, severe confusion, inability to care for yourself, rapidly worsening mania or psychosis, or a serious medication reaction, contact the emergency or crisis service where you are physically located.
Do not wait for an online appointment and do not stop psychiatric medication suddenly unless an appropriately qualified clinician has advised you to do so.
